Position Responsibilities:
- Provide non-medical assistance and companionship to seniors at home
- Give medication reminders
- Run household errands and provide transportation to doctor’s appointments
- Provide personal care and hygiene assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Help with grocery shopping, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
- Provide mobility assistance, such as help with walking and transfers
Job Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1 year of professional caregiving experience preferred
- CNA license preferred, but not required
- Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
- Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle required
- Positive attitude and a proven track record of dependability
- Able to communicate effectively with clients, peers, and supervisors
